A Wellness Workshop by Candice P. Rosen, BS, RN, MSW, CHC, author of The Pancreatic Oath

Tired of yo-yo dieting?

How many times have you heard your physician tell you that you need to "diet and exercise"...without giving you a clue as to where or how to begin?

With mountains of information about nutrition and fitness out there, how do you attempt the hike when you're already confused about how to take the first step?

Please join us for an introduction to the revolutionary, yet common sense approach to providing data-driven nutrition for your body. Learn about the Pancreatic Nutritional Program (PNP) developed by registered nurse, social worker and certified health counselor, Candice Rosen.

The PNP is a measurable approach to improved health and weight loss.  The PNP is also about the promotion of Self-Health. This term coined by Candice Rosen is reflective of her belief that we must be our own primary care physicians. Our medical doctors are actually our secondary health care providers. Through practicing the PNP and taking the Pancreatic Oath, participants will make a commitment to preventing and reversing diet-related illnesses such as Type II Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Metabolic Syndrome, Obesity, Kidney Failure, PCOS and some cancers. Weight loss and increased energy are the added bonus.
